I specialize in being the liaison between team members and contractors.

I can:

  1. Act as a central contact to liaison between other team members and vendors.
  2. Conduct weekly team meetings to ensure everyone is on track and we review the past and upcoming week (the business owner may or may not attend these meetings).
  3. Delegate and track tasks for various team members and contractors.
  4. Ensure the project management system is updated at least daily from each team member.
  5. Follow up with team members to ensure nothing is missed or misunderstood.
  6. Ensure each team member is using a task’s process and that the process is current.
  7. Be the primary liaison between the team members and the business owner. This allows the business owner to have one key person to communicate through.
  8. Create or update team job descriptions.
  9. Share feedback on current or upcoming projects.
  10. Post-project debriefs.
