I specialize in being the liaison between team members and contractors.
I can:
- Act as a central contact to liaison between other team members and vendors.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to ensure everyone is on track and we review the past and upcoming week (the business owner may or may not attend these meetings).
- Delegate and track tasks for various team members and contractors.
- Ensure the project management system is updated at least daily from each team member.
- Follow up with team members to ensure nothing is missed or misunderstood.
- Ensure each team member is using a task’s process and that the process is current.
- Be the primary liaison between the team members and the business owner. This allows the business owner to have one key person to communicate through.
- Create or update team job descriptions.
- Share feedback on current or upcoming projects.
- Post-project debriefs.
